Pastor Darthanian Nichols (Pastor Dart, as he is affectionately called), was born and raised in Detroit, MI. At the young age of 13, God showed Pastor Dart the vision for Breaking chains Outreach Ministries (BCOM), in a dream. The dream changed his concept of how to minister. It changed what ministry was for him. He was inspired to minister the gospel to anyone that would be willing to hear the word of freedom, healing and deliverance. At the age of 15 years he answered the call to preach and at 16 preached his first sermon entitled “Mission of Affliction”. He served as youth pastor for 2 years at Agape Fellowship Church under the leadership of Pastor Jerome C. He served as Young Adult/College Pastor under the leadership of Bishop Clemmon and Pastor Traceelee of Capernaum Christian ministries. He has also served as Co-Pastor of Word of the Prophet Apostolic Church under the leadership of Pastor Sallie Kirkland. Pastor Dart is a man that is full of enthusiasm, boldness and charisma! He is always focused on and excited about fulfilling the will of God. Pastor Dart has a way of connecting with all people on every level of life. He has a heart to accept people in the place where they are and allow God to change them through the power of the Spirit and the preached word of God. Going into the streets, reaching out to the lost and pulling the broken into a place of wholeness, has been a part of the vision of BCOM. He is anointed to preach and has a unique way of delivering the word of God with transparency, prophetic utterance and demonstration of the power and glory of God. Part of the continued vision of BCOM is to train, develop and equip its members to walk in the fullness of the Kingdom of God reaching out to the broken, bruised and lost through demonstrating the kingdom of God through his Love, signs & wonders, miracles, healings and deliverance. This June, he will be walking across the stage receiving his Doctorate in Divinity.
