He already knows what’s on your heart, but He still wants you to come to Him. Your journal is a safe place to pour out your thoughts, your fears, your hopes, and your prayers. Every page is another opportunity to trust Him a little more.

You don’t have to carry every burden by yourself.

Before you tell everyone else, tell God.

Write down your worries.

Write down your tears.
Write down your gratitude.
