St. Josaphat was founded in 1889 by Polish Catholics and is located at 715 E. Canfield St. (I-75 and E. Canfield St.). Sweetest Heart of Mary was founded in 1889 by Polish Catholics and is located at 4440 Russell St (Russell St. & E. The two churches merged into Mother of Divine Mercy Parish on July 1, 2013. Our Parish Office is located at 4440 Russell St., Detroit MI 48207.
