I am so excited to invite you to the very first gathering of the El Roi Women’s Collective here in Porto, Portugal.

This is the very first gathering of what I pray becomes a beautiful community of women throughout Porto and Portugal—a place where friendships are formed, faith is strengthened, and women are reminded that they are deeply seen and loved by God.

Join us for a beautiful morning of coffee, conversation, encouragement, and meaningful connection with women from all walks of life.

Whether you’re new to Portugal, looking for community, navigating a new season, growing in your faith, building a life abroad, or simply longing for authentic friendships—you are welcome here.

After much prayer, reflection, and obedience to where the Lord is leading… I’m so excited to share something new with you.

What began as El Roi Women’s Ministry is growing into El Roi Women’s Collective 🦋

El Roi means “The God Who Sees Me.”

This vision has always been rooted in creating space for women to encounter the love of Jesus, experience healing, and be reminded that they are fully seen by God.

But over time, I felt the Lord expanding the vision.

Beyond ministry…
into community.
Into sisterhood.
Into equipping.
Into gathering women globally.
Into sending women boldly into their God-given purpose.

El Roi Women’s Collective is a Christ-centered global sisterhood where women can gather, heal, grow, build meaningful relationships, be equipped in faith, and be sent out to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ in their homes, cities, and nations.

This is more than a ministry.

This is community.
This is sisterhood.
This is discipleship.
This is commissioning.

A place where women are empowered to walk in calling, lead with courage, and carry Jesus into the world.

Our heart is simple:

As we begin a new week together, I want to gently remind you that not everything demanding your attention is meant to direct your life.

Many women are exhausted not because they are weak, but because they have been living from pressure instead of alignment. Pressure rushes. Pressure confuses. Pressure disconnects us from peace.

But God’s rhythm is different.

Scripture reminds us, “Can two walk together, unless they are agreed?” (Amos 3:3).

This week’s theme is Spiritual Alignment — Walking in God’s Rhythm.

My prayer for you this week is that you slow down enough to discern what God is truly asking of you. That you stop measuring your life by urgency and begin measuring it by obedience, peace, and alignment with His voice.

God’s voice brings clarity—not confusion.
His direction brings peace—not chaos.
His presence brings stillness—not striving.

This week, allow yourself to pause and ask:
“Am I moving from pressure, or am I moving with God?”

When anxiety rises, return to stillness.
When confusion rises, return to His voice.
When weariness rises, return to His presence.

Alignment with God often requires surrender before movement.
