Church 418 An inclusive group to spread the love of Jesus based on Luke 4:18-19 We worship in the St. Peter's Episcopal Church on Trumbull in Detroit.

At Church 418, we are called to live out the words of Luke 4:18–19, where Jesus declared His mission to bring good news to the poor, freedom to the oppressed, and healing to the brokenhearted. Rooted in the Pentecostal tradition and fueled by a deep commitment to spiritual renewal, social justice, and radical inclusion, Church 418 is a ministry where everyone can encounter the transformative power

of God’s love. We are a Spirit-led, LGBTQ-affirming ministry that exists to be a refuge for those who have been pushed to the margins. We welcome all people—regardless of background, identity, or past—with open arms and open hearts. Whether you are seeking healing, deliverance, a deeper relationship with Christ, or simply a safe place to grow, you belong here. Church 418 is not defined by walls, titles, or traditions—we are defined by the Gospel in action. Through prayer, worship, teaching, and community outreach, we respond to God’s call to bind up the broken, set captives free, and proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor. Every gathering, whether in person or online, is a space for restoration, empowerment, and revival.

Today, the Church 418 family celebrates our Church Mother on her birthday!

Thank you for your faithfulness, your prayers, your wisdom, and the love you continually show to our church family. Your presence is a blessing, and we are grateful for the encouragement and strength you bring to our ministry.

We pray that God blesses you with continued good health, abundant joy, and many more years of His favor and grace. May this new year of life be filled with peace, purpose, and countless reasons to rejoice.
