Detroit has hit a High COVID-19 Community Level.
We encourage everyone to wear a well-fitting mask indoors in public regardless of their vaccination status.

• Have a plan for rapid testing if needed

The DWSD Lifeline Plan’s three tiers:

1️⃣ If you receive SNAP/FAP benefits – You pay $18 a month for water, sewer, and drainage services;
2️⃣If you are a low-income household (non-SNAP/FAP) – You pay $43 a month for your total DWSD bill; or
3️⃣If you are a moderate-income household (non-SNAP/FAP) – You pay $56 a month for your total DWSD bill.
