Our vision is to cultivate a community of authentic believers and see our city transformed as barriers are broken by the life-changing reality of the gospel—bringing people to know and follow Jesus as Lord and Savior. God isn't waiting for you to fix yourself. He's offering you something better: a brand new heart.

In Ezekiel 36:26-27, God promises, "I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you." Notice who's doing the work? Not you. HIM. We've exhausted ourselves trying to change, bind demons, and manufacture obedience. But true transformation comes when we stop working and start yielding.

Your stony heart—resistant, numb, offended—wasn't meant to be decorated or managed. It was meant to be replaced. God's not asking you to try harder. He's asking you to trust Him enough to let go. The farmer prepares the ground before planting seed. Let God prepare your heart, and watch what grows.

Stop fighting for control. Start surrendering to His Spirit. That's where the real life begins.

This week we explored Psalm 95 and the Hebrew word "Shema" - which means more than just hearing. It means listening in a way that CHANGES you. God isn't asking us to transform ourselves. He's asking us to open our hearts so HE can do the renovating.

Many of us have mastered worship - the singing, praising, even the kneeling. But when God speaks, are we truly listening? A hardened heart can't receive what God wants to deposit in us. The greatest obstacle to hearing God isn't His silence - it's the condition of our hearts.

"If only you would listen to His voice today. Don't harden your hearts." (Psalm 95:7-8)

God gave you a new heart not to escape your struggles, but to navigate them differently. It's time for real heart work: Hear. Open. Transform.
