Divine Order
All my hopes and dreams begin with God.
Like everyone, I want to live a full life with fun and interesting experiences, robust health, and material comforts. Of course, I will work toward achieving my goals and realizing my aspirations but not to the exclusion of spiritual living.

I understand God is at the heart of every blessing I could ever hope to receive. I live with a grateful heart, taking time to appreciate all I have been given. In prayer, I align my consciousness with God and claim the divine ideas of peace, prosperity, and wholeness.

I continue to do my work in the world, while trusting the process of manifestation and divine order and timing. My dreams are planted in my consciousness, a promise of blessings to come.

But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.—Matthew 6:33

Daily Word Sept 5

Self-Care

Taking care of myself honors God within me.
Accepting and loving myself is the beginning of self-care. As I progress along the spiritual path, it can be tempting to find things about myself I want to change, parts of myself I wish to improve, and ways in which I want to grow.

But I am so much more than a project to work on. Self-care helps me discover and love the person, the dear soul that I am. I deserve enjoyment and relaxation, time with friends and family, or maybe just some luxurious time all to myself.

What I choose to do matters less than how I treat myself. Caring for myself is not indulgence. It is love and nurturing that bless me. It is attention and acceptance that will help me grow. It is my way to honor the Divine within.

You are precious in my sight and honored and I love you.—Isaiah 43:4

DAILY WORD: September 4
Grace
I am grateful for grace.
Grace is the love of God, flowing to me and through me. It keeps me steeped in the awareness of God’s presence, helping me realize my life is blessed beyond measure.

Each time I recognize the beauty of God in all creation, I experience grace. I give thanks for the grace of God when everything turns out well, even though I made a choice that could have brought about less than positive results.

I am comforted as I remember I do not earn grace by my thoughts, actions, or beliefs. Grace is a wonderful gift, freely given. I receive it with a heart full of gratitude.

God’s grace infuses my every interaction. I feel blessed by each encounter and live each day knowing I am deserving of grace and worthy of God’s goodness.

And the grace of our Lord overflowed for me with the faith and love that are in Christ Jesus.—1 Timothy 1:14
