Resilience
Living my faith, I persevere and build resilience.
Anyone who has run a long-distance race knows the importance of steady pacing. The focus is not on the medal at the end but on this breath, this stride, this moment. Resilience grows in just this way—in faithful, steady steps.

The apostle Paul embodied this truth. Even in hardship and imprisonment, he continued to write letters of encouragement to the early churches. For Paul, resilience was not about outward triumph but about choosing, again and again, to keep faith, to persevere, and to trust the Divine.

Today I celebrate not only my triumphs but also the simple steps of perseverance. With every breath and every forward stride, I am renewed and guided onward.

I have fought the good fight; I have finished the race; I have kept the faith.―2 Timothy 4:7

Believe
I believe all things are possible through the power of God within.
I believe in the power of prayer. I believe in the power of God within all people and circumstances. Faith lifts my mind and heart and allows me to see beyond a negative appearance to discover God in and through all things.

Whatever I put my faith in, I give it my all. When dealing with a health challenge for myself or another, I hold the vision of wholeness, knowing this is the essence of our beings. In the face of a financial challenge, I trust there is sufficiency to meet every need. Dealing with disharmony, I believe in love’s healing power.

I face any challenge with strength and confidence because I believe that all things are possible and that infinite good is continually unfolding. I affirm with all my heart: I believe!

But overhearing what they said, Jesus said to the synagogue leader, “Do not be afraid; only believe.”―Mark 5:36

Memorial
With gratitude, I honor those who have served and sacrificed.
Today I remember the ultimate sacrifice of those who gave their lives in service. I take time to solemnly appreciate their dedication and commitment so I could have the freedoms I enjoy.

My remembrance and appreciation extends to those dear to me who have passed on. Through my memories, these special ones are still alive in me. Like a fire that never completely goes out, a glimmer of connection remains. Knowing their souls live on fills my heart with comfort.

I think of how I can use my time on earth to honor those who have served and those whom I have lost. I endeavor to live in a way that honors them, their unique qualities, and the inspiration they have given me to follow their example.

For in the one Spirit we were all baptized into one body―Jews or Greeks, slaves or free―and we were all made to drink of one Spirit.―1 Corinthians 12:13

Discover
Through prayerful exploration, I discover new avenues of expression.
The world is full of wonder—breathtaking bodies of water, stunning lands, everyday miracles, and so much more. When I consider the multitude of marvels that await discovery, I feel eager to explore.

There is also a world of discovery that awaits within me. I grow spiritually and touch unknown depths of understanding and peace as I discover anew the awesome presence and tender love of God.

Continuing my journey of spiritual exploration, I rely upon the power of my spiritual gifts and the presence of God within. As I align my thoughts and feelings with my divine identity, I feel empowered knowing that nothing is impossible for me. Trusting that God is with and within me frees me to discover even more.
