2 Thessalonians 2:16-17 NLT

The Apostle Paul is telling us that our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and our Father The Almighty God loves us and has given to us everlasting consolation and good hope through grace. The love that holds us down is an unconditional and everlasting love, which gives us everlasting consolation and good hope that can’t be shaken. And then Paul goes on to say that The Lord our God Himself will strengthen and establish us in EVERY good work! This is one example of the exceeding and precious promises that is promised through the Word of God. So, our assignment today is simple: walk in the strength that God has already provided!

The Lord our God is the Creator of us and by knowing this we understand that He knows any and everything about us. He knows what we do, when we do it, how we do it, and what we are doing it for. Think about it this way; He knows about every email you’re going to read, conversation you’ll have, every thought you’ll think, and even the weariness that you feel. And He yet chooses to call us His own! So, since He has searched us and calls us His own, give Him the script of your day today. He will bless your efforts and guard your peace!

“I will love thee, O LORD, my strength. The LORD is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer; My God, my strength, in whom I will trust; My buckler, and the horn of my salvation, and my high tower. I will call upon the LORD, who is worthy to be praised: So shall I be saved from mine enemies.”
Psalm 18:1-3 KJV

When you live for and love The Lord our God wholeheartedly, there is a certain unshakable feeling of strength that accompanies it. The strength comes from knowing that He alone is your strength, The Rock that never changes, and a mighty fortress that will never be destroyed. This is why we can trust Him above all and in all things because He is our stability and our high tower which helps us to see ahead which helps us with navigation our every move. So we give Him all of the praise, because we find total protection from those who may try to harm us or come against us. In our daily life and walk, whenever you face challenges or feel threatened, take a moment to pray and seek God's help, remembering to praise Him for His goodness and power!

This one simple instruction can sometimes be extremely difficult to do if we aren’t aware of what we allow ourselves to ingest. Guarding your heart, your mind, and your spirit is the wellspring of life. So today, let’s set a gatekeeper up before we act, speak, or respond. Let wisdom and not impulse be your filter. Protect your peace, and keep your mind on Jesus. After all, He’s still the Prince of Peace!

“Seeing then that we have a great high priest, that is passed into the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our profession. For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin. Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.”
Hebrews 4:14-16 KJV

Before you step into the noise, pause on this truth: You are not alone in your struggle, and you are not approaching a distant judge. Jesus, your High Priest, has walked through the full human experience—weariness, temptation, sorrow—yet without failure. He knows. He sympathizes. And because of that, the throne before you today is not a place of verdict, but of grace. So when you feel weak, draw near boldly. Not arrogantly, but confidently—like a child running to a parent. Mercy is waiting. Help is ready. Whatever you face today, approach it not in your own strength, but from that place of received grace.

Psalm 34:19 KJV

Have you ever woke up and the first thing that was on your mind was all of the different issues and problems that exist in your life? It seems as if most if not all of the time if it’s not one thing it’s another. Physical issues, financial problems, and emotional distress can all play tricks in your mind and almost make you forget about God’s plan for your life and your future. He tells us through this psalm that many are the afflictions of the righteous but The Lord will deliver us out of them all. That one word ALL is greater than many! So, understand this, while the affliction may be present in your life, The Lord is also present and HE WILL deliver us out of them all! God is just that good!
