Dr. Charlotte Joubert D. Min. is the Pastor and Founder of International Deliverance Ministries. She has been Sr. Pastor for the past five years for IDM, a Non-Denominational Church located in Detroit, MI., Preaching and teaching "God's Word" as well as training others to minister outside the walls of the church to meet the immediate physical and spiritual needs of the community and abroad during crisis. "We must have a servant's heart."

Dr. Joubert is a humanitarian both locally and abroad. As well as being a Pastor, she is a Registered Nurse with more than 40 years of experience. Dr. Joubert has been involved with medical response teams, disaster teams, evangelistic crusades, and prayer journeys. In response to the World Trade Center attack, she traveled to New York with the International Health Service Foundation disaster relief team. She had the opportunity to provide emotional support to a group of New York Firefighters. Dr. Joubert has been a part of Medical Missions and Evangelistic Crusades that beckoned her to places such as Jamaica, Haiti, Guatemala, Afghanistan, Turkey, Uganda, and Greece.
