Overthinking is also a spiritual battle. That’s why the Bible tells us not to worry. Anxiousness will have you feeling like folks is out to get you, and in reality…ain’t nobody even thinking about you

I don’t care what anyone says, Relationships take a lot of work. Communication and mutual respect is key. Finding that place can be extremely difficult. Even in your differences though, don’t give up so easily. Find what makes each other tick, and work toward bring positive affirm to those areas.

You can’t build a great relationship or marriage without compromise, self denial and submission. If you struggle with these things, then you need to do a heart check.

I’m constantly reminding myself that I am not perfect and the road to greatness come by way of humility.

I woke up this morning with heavy thoughts on my mind. I asked God what is the major focus of this season…. This is what dropped in my spirit… We must take better care of our bodies. Physical health is so important. Much to the benefit of big business, The United States has developed a culture that glorifies unhealthy living, especially in the black and impoverished communities. We need to change this and start preaching it in our churches. These systemic problems are getting worse with each new generation.
