Kids ages 10-17 from our community are getting the chance to attend Camp Chickagami, an Episcopal summer camp in Presque Isle, MI. Many of these campers come from single-parent households and underserved backgrounds. Camp Chickagami offers a safe, nurturing environment for kids to learn, grow, and make lifelong memories.

The need for support is real. For many families, covering the cost of camp is simply out of reach. We want every child to have the chance to experience the joy and growth that comes from summer camp, regardless of their financial situation. Your support will provide scholarships to cover camp fees, making it possible for these kids to attend and enjoy a meaningful summer.

Camp Chickagami has already shown incredible generosity in helping our kids, but they need your help too. Every donation, big or small, will help create an awesome experience for the kids in our community. Please consider supporting this

This Memorial Day, we also pause to honor the innocent lives lost to gun violence and uplift the families and communities forever impacted by tragedy.

We are proud to celebrate the annual Silence the Violence film project, organized by Barry Randolph and Byron M. Goggin, a powerful initiative that continues to bring awareness, healing, and hope through storytelling and community engagement. We are honored to share that this impactful project has now received an Emmy Award nomination.

This recognition is bigger than film. It is a testament to the voices crying out for peace, the memories of lives taken too soon, and the unwavering commitment to create safer communities for generations to come.
