Kingdom Leadership is rooted in Christ, expressed through stewardship, and demonstrated in service.

This afternoon, I’m honored to participate in a panel discussion following the screening of GASLIT at Whitney Plantation as part of The Descendants Project’s Julyteenth Celebration.

As a daughter of the historic community of Elkinsville-Freetown in St. Rose, Louisiana, and a descendant of Palmer Elkins, I carry both a legacy and a responsibility. My faith reminds me that leadership is about faithfully serving God, honoring those who came before us, and helping build a healthier future for those who come after us.

At MOGASlife™, we believe transformational leadership begins with alignment in Christ and is lived out through love, honor, and peace. Whether we are leading in our homes, churches, workplaces, or communities, we are called to be faithful stewards of the people and places God has entrusted to us.

📣 Hear from GASLIT producer and director Katie Camosy on her 20-year journey to capture the fight of advocates and defenders as they push back against fossil fuel companies threatening the future of Freetowns, such as the village of Wallace featured in the documentary.

Take heed of the warnings to evacuate California due to prophetic warnings of the GREAT EARTHQUAKE!

We must take Jesus Christ seriously. The Bible reminds us that all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. That’s why we must confess our sins, repent (turn away and change our minds about sin), and believe that Jesus is the Son of God — that He died for our sins and rose again.

It is by faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior that we are saved and promised eternal life with Him in Heaven.

We are living in the last days, and Jesus is coming soon for His church — a church without spot or blemish. The truth is, none of us knows the day or hour of His return, but we must be ready. Now is the time to surrender fully to Him.

• Romans 10:9 – “If you declare with your mouth, ‘Jesus is Lord,’ and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.”

• Acts 3:19 – “Repent, then, and turn to God, so that your sins may be wiped out, that times of refreshing may come from the Lord.”

• Matthew 24:44 – “So you also must be ready, because the Son of Man will come at an hour when you do not expect him.”
