It’s Kid Inventors Day! Lots of really cool things (like Braille) were invented by kids. Ask your kids: if they had all the money and resources in the world, what would they want to invent? Then have fun talking together about how you might bring that invention to life! Who knows what problem you might solve or what solution you might discover!

What thoughts are you feeding your brain? Today, take inventory of your thought life. Your quest is to “fix your thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable” (Philippians 4:8), while eliminating all thoughts that produce feelings of fear, worry, anxiety, despair, frustration, disappointment, jealousy, envy, apprehension, uneasiness, nervousness or discomfort. Also, find time to teach your children how to take control of their thoughts.
