We will provide basic level information that is practical in its application, to develop a well-rounded minister regardless of denomination.

Answering the "Call of God”? Understand what it means? “Developing the Call” will provide a sure footed "first step" on the journey you have answered. “Developing the Call” Minister Development Training is a series of courses and workshops that will assist the “new” minister in being an asset to their ministry or church. “Developing the Call” topics are at minimum a one and a half hour block of instructions which covers the basic information that ministers can use as they navigate through their calling. Each series covers a two day span ending with a certificate showing complication of the series. This training is the culmination of 40+ years of ministering and preaching, as well as 20+ years of pastoring to help all whom are new to the call of God! Give the men and women "who labor among you" something that says you care about their development and want the best for them (Hey and your church/ministry will like it too!).
