30 YEARS LATER, THE SEED HE PLANTED CAME BACK TO FIND HIM. 🌱

There are things you’re doing for people right now that may seem small, unnoticed, or even insignificant.

But you have no idea what God can do with a seed planted in love.

This story I shared while preaching is such a powerful reminder that we shouldn’t stop doing good just because we can’t see what it’s producing yet.

Some harvests take time.

Keep loving people. Keep being generous. Keep doing what’s right.

Keep planting seeds. 🌱

Day 1: Small Things, Surrendered Hands

Reading: John 6:1-13

Devotional: The disciples looked at a crowd of thousands and concluded they did not have enough. A young boy looked at the same situation and offered what little he had. The difference was not in the size of the gift but in the willingness to release it. God does not wait for you to have an impressive offering before he moves. He waits for an open hand. Whatever you are holding today that feels too small, too ordinary, or too insignificant, consider that it may be the very thing God is waiting on. Surrender precedes multiplication. Open your hands.

Reflection Question: What are you holding onto that you have been reluctant to place in God's hands?

Practical Application: Identify one gift, talent, or resource you have been downplaying. Write it down and pray over it, consciously offering it to God today.

What do you do when what’s in your hands feels too small for what you’re facing? In this message, we look at John 6:1-13 — the feeding of the 5,000 — and see what happens when a boy’s small lunch is placed in Jesus’ hands. God doesn’t need your wheat; He multiplies your barley. Your smallest, most ordinary offering, surrendered to Him, is never too small to matter.
