Come and join us!

I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture. (John 10:9)

The Lord loves you and He wants to daily load you with benefits! Benefits of peace, joy, strength, blessing, financial and emotional stability, a family that loves him, deliverance, protection.... Just to name a few! But you must come by the way of the DOOR Christ Jesus.

You see every blessing is inside that Door. That Door being Jesus Christ, the hinges that allow that door to open is the Cross, the death of Christ for us. One cannot enter Him, without going through His Death. You are then opening the Door to all benefits of that Resurrection Life for which Christ died!

Life within his pasture. “The LORD [is] my shepherd; I shall not want,” (Psalm 23:1). Everything you have need of is found in the same manner as you got saved. How did you get saved? You entered in to Him by faith in the Cross. Now, all you have need of is there in Him received in the same manner. You lack nothing! He’s given us all things that pertain to life and Godliness.(2 Peter 1:3)

Many enter this Door, they get saved, but then they rely on self, their church, programs, their religious works to change their heart and sanctify them! They don't see this is them slowly leaving the Door (Rev.3:20) and they're not taking advantage of all the benefits for which Jesus died! As you have received Him, walk in Him (Col. 2:6).

“Blessed be the Lord, who daily loadeth us with benefits, even the God of our salvation. Selah.” Psalm 68:19

The Love That Constrains

“For the love of Christ constraineth us…” 2 Corinthians 5:14

The Cross is far more than the place where our sins were forgiven. It is the place where the old life was brought to an end. Paul says, “the love of Christ constraineth us.” The word “constraineth” means to be seized, pressed in upon, governed inwardly, hemmed in until there is only one way forward. That One Way, is the Cross!
This is not a passing emotion or a momentary gratitude toward God. This is the heart being overtaken by the revelation of Calvary.

When the Holy Spirit opens our eyes to the Cross, we begin to see something deeper than Christ merely dying on our behalf. We see that His love carried us into His death!

“If one died for all, then were all dead.”
2 Corinthians 5:14

At the Cross, God did not simply deal with acts of sin. He dealt with the self-life itself, the independent life of Adam that seeks its own will, its own preservation, its own glory. In Christ crucified, the old man was judged and brought to an end. This is why Paul continues:

“And that he died for all, that they which live should not henceforth live unto themselves…” 2 Corinthians 5:15

The revelation of Christ’s self-giving love at Calvary so grips the heart that the believer is inwardly compelled to abandon the old self-governed life and live unto the risen Christ. He works in us both to will and to perform of his good pleasure!

The Cross frees us from living centered around:
self-preservation
self-will
self-glory
self-care AS life’s governing principle

The One who loved us gave Himself completely. And His love now presses upon us from every side until there is only one reasonable conclusion His Death means mine, and my death means I’m in Him and my life belongs to Him:

“I no longer belong to myself.”

This is not bo***ge; this is true liberty. For the life surrendered to Christ is the only life that truly lives. The Cross narrows the heart unto one pursuit, not living for self, but unto Him who died and rose again. His love becomes the inward governing power of the believer’s life. Not law. Not striving. Not self-effort. But love revealed through death.

Calvary forever declares:

“You are not your own. You were bought with a price.” 1 Corinthians 6:19-20

And the soul that truly sees His love cannot help but answer:

“Lord, my life is Yours.”
