A sacred and historic Good Friday at LIVE at St. Mark UMC Hanover 🙏🏾

For the first time, all seven active African-American female bishops of The United Methodist Church came together to proclaim the Seven Last Words of Christ as part of the 15th anniversary of Seven Sisters of the Spirit. It was a sacred, moving, and unforgettable worship experience.

📸 Pictured: Six of the seven bishops. Bishop Cynthia Moore-Koikoi joined virtually following emergency kidney stone surgery the day prior.
