This year's topic is "Making Realm Work for YOU!" and we will be focusing on giving you tools to help manage your group or team efficiently.

At 11am in our Church Zoom Room today Rev. Alison will lead our Neurodiversity Peer Support Circle. Also today is our monthly Speculative Fiction Book Club meeting.

We have a lot of big events in the near future. Be sure to read this week's newsletter to learn how to register for First Aid training, reserve your housing for our upcoming Spring Church Retreat, and how to sign up for our next UU 101 online course.

My apologies for not sending out the link to our newsletter earlier. I have been attending the UU Pacific West Regional Assembly yesterday and today which has disrupted my delivery schedule.

This evening Bet Chaverim will be hosting their Community Seder and tomorrow our Director of Faith Formation and the Formation Team will host an Egg Hunt for our Youth and Young at Heart following service.

As we enter the second week of our Annual Giving Drive, I encourage those who have not picked up their Giving Packet to look for it in your mailbox. You'll recognize it by the lovely mailing label featuring the artwork of Miriam Woito.

This Friday two members of our community are inviting you to sing and celebrate with them. Kelsha & John are having a vow renewal ceremony that you won't want to miss.

On Saturday our leadership has arranged an opportunity for the community to participate in De-escalation Training. Read the newsletter for the link to sign up to attend this important workshop.

Lastly, be sure to read the letter from our Board President that can be found in the "From Our Leadership" section of the newsletter.

There's so much going on and so many exciting things to learn about, I can't even provide a quick summary. Trust me, you want to read it all for yourself!
