Across the Urban Collective, our churches may gather in different buildings and serve different neighborhoods, but we share one mission: loving God, serving our neighbors, and building communities where everyone can experience belonging, hope, and grace.

Whether church has been part of your life for years, you’re coming back after some time away, or you’re simply curious about faith, you are welcome here.

💧 FAITH FOR REAL LIFE: BAPTISM

Faith is not only something we talk about on Sundays. It shapes how we understand ourselves, treat others, and live each day. In this weekly series, we will explore the beliefs and practices of our faith and what they mean for real life.

Baptism is more than a church ceremony. It is a visible sign of God’s grace and a reminder that we belong to Christ and to a community of faith. Baptism tells us that God’s love reaches for us before we have everything understood or figured out.

How can we live out our baptism this week?

💧 Remember that your identity is rooted in God’s love.
💧 Welcome others as people who are also loved by God.
💧 Choose grace, forgiveness, and compassion.
💧 Look for a practical way to serve someone in your community.

Yesterday, across our Urban Collective churches, we gathered in worship and prayer. In different neighborhoods and different communities, we came together to seek God, give thanks, and remember that we are part of something bigger than any one congregation. ❤️

Now, we carry that worship with us into the week ahead.

Into our homes.
Into our workplaces and schools.
Into our neighborhoods and communities.

May we be people who carry the love of Christ wherever we go.

What is discipleship?

Discipleship is the lifelong journey of learning to follow Jesus and becoming more like him.

It is more than attending worship or knowing the right answers. Discipleship shapes how we love, forgive, serve, seek justice, and care for our neighbors.

We grow as disciples through prayer, Scripture, worship, community, and acts of compassion. We will not always get it right, but God’s grace continues to guide and transform us along the way.

Following Jesus is not something we do alone. We learn, grow, and serve together.
