Caravan - Eastside Nazarene

Caravan - Eastside Nazarene Caravan is a scouting-type program with a Christian emphasis. It is free and available to kids from age 4 thru 6th grade.

A Nazarene Caravan Program Is:
• A Christian organization for children from age 4 through 6th grade.
• A quality program that includes aspects of both a club and a scouting type organization – membership requirements, special signs, group pledges, badges, advancement with opportunities to earn top awards, and weekly meetings.
• A noncompetitive program that teaches children new skills and e

ncourages the development of a wide range of interests and abilities.
• A club-type program that helps children build friendships, develop social skills, accept responsibility, and complete assigned tasks.
• A program through which children learn what the Church of the Nazarene believes.

Previous Caravan Families!! Some of you may still have children in the house, but many of those Caravan kids are now teens (or older!). Within the next week I will be emailing you with more details about the announcement below. In the meantime, please read the exciting news that we now have a youth pastor! AND please follow the new page below for all the latest information! I sure hope to see you soon!

As was previously noted, this page is no longer affiliated with any existing program. However, by turning it “off”, it removed all the memories from these families and kids. Therefore, I have made the page visible again, but marked closed. The email address will still come directly to me alone. Thank you all for the decade we shared together. You were, and still are, loved!

To all our Caravan families - I must sadly share I was notified that Eastside has decided to discontinue the Caravan program. There will be a different Wednesday night program, but I currently do not have any details.

Please keep in touch at any time! You are very important to me and greatly missed!! Most of you have my number and although Caravan is over, the Caravan email comes only to me. I hope you are enjoying your last weeks of summer! Give your kids hugs from me!
