Thanks to everyone who joined us this evening for the production of “The People vs. Jesus, The Director Sis Anderson and her cast were outstanding! The Mt. Calvary Ministries of Hope Baptist Church, Women’s Ministry sends a heartfelt thank you to the cast for all your hard work and the time you put into the production. Again special thanks to our Pastor, friends, and family that came out to be with us today.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our Litnery Celebration this past weekend. It was a blessing to fellowship with Pastor Candice Brown and the membership of CHCC, our sister-churches; Mt. Hebron, Reconcilers Worship, Our Savior’s, Pilgrim, Mt. Olive, New Beginnings, Morning Star, and Mt. Zion and other friends that joined us on this blessed occasion. Thank you again to CHCC for welcoming our congregation we anticipate great things!!!

The People vs. Jesus is a dramatic probing into the trial of Jesus in a way that was impossible during Jesus’ original trial before Pontius Pilate.

You won’t want to miss the most critical trial of all time! Did Jesus of Nazareth indeed commit blasphemy? Hear the attorneys argue the case, calling witnesses and presenting evidence to you the Jury. Decide for yourself…what will you do with Jesus of Nazareth?

Upcoming News - The Pastor and members of Mt. Calvary Ministries of Hope are excited to announce that we will be relocating to 3322 E. 25th Street Des Moines Iowa.
We are energized and remain blessed by the opportunity to share facilities with the Pastor and members of Capitol Hill Christian Church. We are thankful to God to enter into a lasting fellowship with Pastor Candice K. Brown and the CHCC family.

Watch our page for information and join us as the awesomeness of Gods plan and Pastor Browns’ vision continues to unfold.

Sunday, Feb. 19, at 3:30 p.m. we will be celebrating our 2nd Annual Cultural Day, since becoming Mt. Calvary at our current location.
Our guest will be, Morningstar, New Beginning Full Gospel, Pilgrim Baptist Church, and Mt. Zion, Oralabor.

An invitation has been extended to anyone who would like to participate by selection a country to represent. Tables will be provided. If you would like to participate, please contact Minister Charlene Brown, at 515-243-1465, by Feb. 14th.

We will be dressing in our cultural attire. We invite you to come and share this opportunity to learn tons of information about the world, while sampling a variety of foods. Services will begin promptly at 3:30 p.m. with Rev. Alex Crawford bringing the Message
