The Fountain of Life
Scripture Focus: Psalm 36:9 (KJV)
“For with thee is the fountain of life: in thy light shall we see light.”
Message:
Everything we need begins with God. He is not simply a source of life, He is the fountain of life. Our strength, our purpose, our hope, our peace, and our ability to keep moving forward all flow from Him.
A fountain continually gives. It pours out, refreshes, restores, and replenishes. In the same way, when life has drained us, circumstances have exhausted us, or we simply do not know which direction to go, we can return to God, our source.
David also declares, “in thy light shall we see light.” Sometimes life becomes dark. We cannot understand what God is doing. We cannot see our way through the situation. We may have questions about tomorrow and uncertainty about what comes next.
But when we stay close to God, His light gives us the ability to see what darkness tried to hide.
God may not reveal the entire road at once, but He will give you enough light for the next step. His Word gives direction. His presence gives peace. His wisdom gives clarity. And His Spirit reminds us that even in dark seasons, we are never walking alone.
This morning, stop looking to the world to provide what can only come from God. When you are spiritually thirsty, go back to the Fountain. When you cannot see your way, look toward His light.
God is still your source, and God is still your light!

Stay connected to the Fountain. When God is your source, you will never run out of what you need. And when you walk in His light, even in the darkest seasons, He will help you see your way forward. 🙏🏾
