‎A shocking incident has unfolded in the 404 Community, Ganta City, Nimba County, where an unidentified woman allegedly gave birth to a baby boy and abandoned him in a nearby bush.

‎According to reports from community residents, the newborn, believed to be only a few hours old, was discovered between 9:00 and 10:00 PM in the Methodist Palm Farm area by concerned community members.

‎The baby, described as healthy and alive at the time of discovery, was immediately rescued and taken to the Methodist Hospital, where he is currently receiving medical attention.

‎Meanwhile, residents have launched a search for the child's mother as authorities continue their investigation into the matter.

‎Community members declined to provide detailed comments on the incident, stating that they are awaiting an official statement from the community chairman, expected to be delivered to the media tomorrow morning.
