The Window is a strategic opportunity for us to invest in the spiritual formation of kids.

It’s not just a ministry phase—it’s the window of time when kids are asking the biggest questions, forming their identity, and deciding what (and who) they’ll build their life on.

Between the ages of 4 and 14, a child is shaping their view of God, themselves, and the world. This is when faith becomes personal, values take root, and spiritual habits are formed.

This isn’t about making church fun—
�🎯 It’s about making disciples while the window is still open.

As leaders, we must:
1. Teach the full Gospel clearly and often.
2. Help kids build real rhythms of faith—prayer, Scripture, worship.
3. Equip families to carry discipleship beyond Sunday.

When we steward The Window well, we’re not just filling classrooms, we’re forming followers of Jesus for life.
