Yom Kippur is the holiest day in the Jewish calendar — a time for prayer, repentance, and reflection. As Messianic believers, we rejoice knowing our atonement is complete in Messiah Yeshua, our High Priest and perfect sacrifice!

At Son of David Congregation, we gather to worship, read Scripture, and humble ourselves before the Lord. After the fast, we’ll share a break-fast potluck — please bring a dish that can feed 6–8 people. 🥘

This season is a sacred time of reflection, renewal, and drawing closer to the Lord. As we gather for Rosh Hashanah, Yom Kippur, and Sukkot, we prepare our hearts for the year ahead with prayer, worship, and community.

🕎Our SODC Hanukkah Party will be on Saturday, December 28, during Oneg, we will host an enjoyable gathering featuring games, food, dreidels, and gelt.

A highlight of the event will be our renowned Latke Competition 🥔, where contestants are invited to bring their homemade latkes. A panel of expert judges will sample the entries to determine the winner, who will receive a gift card as a prize.
