Happy Sunday from Trinity Church Today we gather with grateful hearts, expecting God to move, restore, and remind us that His mercies are new every morning. No matter what this week held, His presence is still our peace and His Word is still our foundation.
“Let us rejoice and be glad in it.” — Psalm 118:24

True worship isn’t just what happens on Sunday—it’s how we live before God every day.

What does true worship look like most in your life?
* Prayer
* Obedience
* Serving others
* Time in God’s presence

“Let everything that has breath praise the Lord. Praise the Lord.” Psalm 150:6
Sunday worship is more than attending church—it is preparing our hearts to encounter God. Worship flows from recognizing who Jesus is and what He has done.
Before stepping into worship this Sunday, take time to quiet your heart and remember:
* Jesus is worthy even in difficult seasons.
* Praise shifts our attention from our burdens to God’s faithfulness.
* Worship is not about having the perfect words; it is about surrender.
“Praise to the Lord, to the Lamb, to the King of Heaven.”
This is the posture we carry into Sunday—not spectators, but people coming before the King with gratitude.
Ask yourself:
* Have I entered this week carrying stress more than praise?
* What distractions do I need to lay down before worship?
* Am I coming to receive from God while also offering Him honor?
Sometimes preparation for worship begins long before the first song starts. It begins in private prayer, repentance, gratitude, and expectancy.
God is not looking for perfection—He is looking for hearts willing to seek Him.

Father,Prepare my heart for worship this Sunday. Remove distractions, pride, fear, and heaviness that keep me from fully encountering You. Fill me with gratitude and awe for who You are. Let my praise be sincere and my heart attentive to Your voice. May I not simply attend church, but truly meet with You. Receive my worship as a thousand hallelujahs lifted to Your name. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Hebrews 12:28
“Let us be thankful, and so worship God acceptably with reverence and awe.”

True wholeness is not found in having a perfect life, but in being fully surrendered to God. The world tells us to search for completeness in success, relationships, appearance, or achievement, yet those things can never fully satisfy the soul. Jesus invites us into a deeper kind of healing — one that restores the heart from the inside out.
In John 10:10, Jesus says that He came so we may have life “more abundantly.” This abundant life is not the absence of hardship, but the presence of Christ in every season. God cares about every broken place within us, and He is able to bring peace where there has been fear, hope where there has been pain, and restoration where there has been loss.
Wholeness also means allowing God to shape every part of our lives — our thoughts, emotions, relationships, and faith. Healing is often a process, but God is faithful through it all. He does not abandon unfinished work.
What area of your life do you need to fully place into God’s hands today?

Lord, make me whole in You. Heal the places in my heart that are weary and broken, and teach me to find my identity and peace in Your presence alone. Amen.

This past Sundays message centers on the baptism of the Holy Spirit as a gift of empowerment, restoration, and deeper surrender to God. Pastor Minerella emphasizes that the baptism is not what saves a believer, but what equips them with spiritual power for ministry, boldness, and intimacy with God. Drawing from passages like Joel 2 and Acts 2, he presents the Holy Spirit as both a restorer and an empowerer—One who revives what sin, discouragement, or time has stolen.
A major focus of the sermon is the role of speaking in tongues. The pastor explains that tongues are not emotionalism or something reserved for a spiritual elite, but a biblical expression of surrender and spiritual edification. He describes it as an initial physical evidence of Spirit baptism and a personal prayer language that strengthens faith and deepens communion with God. By emphasizing that the tongue is one of the hardest things for humans to surrender, the sermon frames speaking in tongues as an act of humility and yieldedness before the Lord.
The message also confronts several common misconceptions. Pastor Minerella rejects the idea that tongues ceased with the apostles and argues that the baptism of the Holy Spirit remains available for believers today. He stresses that this experience is Spirit-led rather than emotionally manufactured and is meant to be accessible to every Christian seeking more of God.
