Redeemer Lutheran Church DeRidder We welcome all who come into God's House of Worship. Redeemer Lutheran Church was called into existence by our Lord Jesus Christ on May 15, 1932.

While here, it is our prayer that you feel at home, as we praise, pray and celebrate God's love and grace for us through His son, Jesus Christ. The original church building was located at 110 Wilson St. in DeRidder, Louisiana. It served to the Glory of God until October 31, 1976 when the new church was dedicated located at 811 Shirley St. Thanks and praise be to God that He has kept us together fo

r 85 years that we may continue to grow, worship Him and give Him glory through Jesus Christ. Through our 85 year history, we have had 23 pastors, including our present pastor Kermit C. Bostelman, who was installed as pastor of Redeemer Lutheran Church on August 12, 2018. We are a Christian church associated with the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod. We share God's love with the good news of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. We teach and respond to the Love of the Triune God: The Father, Creator of all that exists; Jesus Christ, The Son, Who became human to suffer and die for the sins of all human beings and to rise to life again in the ultimate victory over death and Satan; and The Holy Spirit, Who creates Faith through God's Word and Sacraments. The three persons of the Trinity are co-equal and
co-eternal, One God. We accept and preach the Bible-based teachings of Martin Luther. The teachings of Luther and the Reformers can summarized in three phrases: Grace Alone, Faith Alone, Scripture Alone. We look forward to and enjoy serving others as a reaction of our Faith Alone.

We are back.....Redeemer Lutheran Church will be hosting their annual Fall Fest on Saturday October 23, 2021 from 5:30pm to 8:00pm. There will be candy bags and treat bags for the kids, candy guessing game, photo area and more. This year we will be having Nachos and also Smilee Rylee's sno-cone trailer will be there. They will be selling sno-cones and they may have a surprise or two. Come out and join us for fellowship, food and fun.

Redeemer Lutheran Church will be hosting their Vacation Bible School July 12 thru July 16 2021 from 5:30pm to 8:00pm for ages 3 to 12. There will many activities including arts and crafts, recreation, story and lessons and more. There will be a light dinner at 5:30pm and we will also have snack time.
