BIG IDEA 💡

Our big idea this past Sunday was that God made a plan to save us. Our students discovered that Adam and Eve lived in a perfect world and still made a wrong choice, but God didn’t give up on them. From the very beginning, God had a plan to fix what was broken, proving that God made a plan to save us. (Genesis 2:15–17, 3:1–15; Romans 6:1–11)

FAMILY DISCIPLESHIP CHALLENGE:
Re-read Romans 6:1-11 as a family. Explain the sacrifice Christ made for us through his death and resurrection. Discuss how God offers us a new life in which we put our sin to death. Take this time to be vulnerable and talk about mistakes you have made & how Jesus still chose to die on the cross for you and your sins. ✝⛓️‍💥💌

BIG IDEA 💡

Our big idea this past Sunday was that we are made in God's image! Our students learned that God created the first humans with care and purpose, designing them to reflect who God is in a way nothing else can. (Genesis 1:26–31, 2:4–7)

FAMILY DISCIPLESHIP CHALLENGE:
Take a few minutes with your family and discuss how you are each created differently. Celebrate how God made each one of you uniquely & discuss how each person in your family can best use their gifts to serve God this week. 🎁🙌🎉

BIG IDEA 💡

Our big idea this past Sunday was that God made the world and everything in it! Our students learned that God created everything intentionally and with a purpose. (Genesis 1:1-25)

FAMILY DISCIPLESHIP CHALLENGE:
Take a walk or drive as a family and point out things God created as you go. Talk about what you love about them, and why you think God created them. Be creative, and really immerse yourself in how intentionally and beautifully God created our planet. 🌈🌷🌳

Thank you to everyone who came and helped with our decorating night this past Friday!! The decorations are looking incredible! We have 2 more decorating days coming up to prepare for VBS (which is NEXT WEEK!!) 🎪🎩🐘
