God heaven, creator of all, Master Physician, Most Loving Father, I come humbly yet boldly before Your throne of mercy and grace and ask that You would touch Your children. Heal us all, Lord, from every affliction, strengthen our bodies so that we may continue to reach out to others in this world. As You have called each and every one of us to do.

Father God, You know our needs better than we ourselves know then. I pray that you would heal us according to Your plan and in Your time.

Lord, that you would bless us as we bless others because we know that is the greatest blessing of all, helping those around us.

Lord, that You would pour Your peace out on those suffering from loss. That You would comfort each one in a way no person on this side of heaven can. That You would fill us with the warmth of Your unconditional love.

Father, I thank You in advance of the miracles You are already working, and trusting that in Your infinite wisdom, You will do everything I have asked.

All praise, honor and glory to You, Father, our one true living God.

In Jesus’ most holy name I pray,

I was just reflecting this morning on the approach of Easter and it's true meaning. Not bunnies, eggs and candy but rather the absolute promise of eternal life!!! I fear our minds are too dull much of the time and we are not appropriately swept away as we should be by our Savior's accomplishment!!! He destroyed the one who had power over us and set the captives free by the most incredible of means!!! His beautiful, powerful and unrivaled RESURRECTION!!!
That He who had been so broken, pierced, beaten, mocked and humiliated by my sin would yet step out of His grave-tomb on that glorious first Sunday Morning to secure my forgiveness and new life is truly unthinkable!!! His power to do so completely unrivaled!!! None compares!!!
We should have been left for dead...yet somehow our Savior looked at us through loving eyes of mercy, grace and love and said...."I'll take that one...that broken one, unconcerned one, hurt one, hateful one, lost one and completely change their life."
Who am I to deserve such compassion from One so amazing???
Let us remember what Easter is about...our Powerful Savior granting us perfect forgiveness!!!
