What a wonderful time we had at our Hope Kids Chapel Thursday night! We learned about temptation and how it is a web that will ultimately trap us if we fall into it! There was a demonstration and activity tables! It is heartwarming to see the guys and children interact, learn, and have fun doing it!

At our Spiritual Emphasis Retreat last week, Pastor Daniel and Pastor Archer were able to baptize 6 of our men! The angels were singing and shouting in heaven! It was a joyous time, lots of laughter and joy as we celebrated with the other campuses with their baptisms as well! A beautiful day to the glory of God!

We had an amazing HOPE Kids Chapel for the Month of July. We shared a powerful time of worship, spent some time expressing gratitude at our Thank You table, and learned that we can cast our cares on Jesus because he cares for us. Please join us in congratulating Paul Peterson on this major accomplishment! This month, we celebrated Paul Peterson’s graduation from the Adult & Teen Challenge Of Texas Aspiring Leader Program. This program helps our students find peace in Christ, experience real restoration through a relationship with Him, and pursue the call of God to minister to others in an official capacity as an ATCOT staff member. Paul is a shining example of what it means to lay down your life so God can pick you back up and use you for His glory. We are grateful to have him as an official part of the Adult and Teen Challenge of Texas, East Texas Men's Center team.
