We now have watermelons and cantaloupes! It is that time of season and we are setting up at Calvary Chapel Paris at 3100 Clarksville St, Paris, TX 75460 and at our Center at 126 US Hwy 271 South, Deport, Texas 75435!

We were so honored for everyone that came and supported us at our May 21st gala this year. From riveting testimonies to an award ceremony with Scott and Deanne Sewell that left many weeping with tears of joy at what God has done. Taylor and his wife from did an amazing job of putting together a video of our gala. Below is just a glimpse of what God has done and will continue to do in the next year ahead! Thank you to all! At our Gala on May 21st we had two powerful video testimony's from students currently in our program. It was an incredible reminder of how big God is and how no matter how far to the bottom you get, God can reach you. There is no darkness His light cannot pe*****te and no depth that He cannot reach. He is all powerful, all mighty and a wonderful God to serve!

Today we remember those who gave the ultimate sacrifice for our country by honoring and remembering those who died protecting our freedoms. Because of those sacrifices, we can walk around with a Bible, we can gather as a nation in prayer, we can gather without the fear of a door being kicked in for what we believe. And even with political differences we can vote a new leader in and new leaders in our branches of office. A huge price of life has been paid for our ability to do these things and to be able to say these words publicly, "In God We Trust." Many of us have those who gave their lives and to them we honor you, for because of you we can live in the land we do. We miss you, but you are never forgotten.

It's Gala Week! We are hard at work getting ready for this week's celebration! Please join us at the Love Civic Center on May 21st! Doors open at 6:00 pm and the celebration starts at 7:00 pm!

Our aspiring leaders were able to go to the Adult & Teen Challenge of Texas San Antonio Men campus for a time of teaching and encouragement on Wednesday. Dr. Sarah Walters, Director of Ministry Intelligence for the National Adult & Teen Challenge Office shared her story and love of the Bible with us, while giving us practical wisdom out of Colossian! And Doctor George Thomas taught us out of Genesis 22 about his insights in the story of Abraham and Isaac. We were truly blessed, inspired, and ready to take what we learned to share and apply! We also were able to participate in some Hope Kid activities! So thankful and so spiritually full!
