Taoist Five Element Alchemical Healing Sounds Qigong
A Seminar for Internal Healing & Land Blessing

Please join Jessica Moerler (Padma Kila) , and Karla Vandenbergh (Priya Prajna) for this rare event on Sunday 7/26 from 11 am - 1 pm @ Glenn Falls Park behind the natural play area for a transformational inner work seminar.

Learn Taoist Five Element Alchemical Healing Sounds Qigong for internal health, transformation, and building a relationship with the land. This practice balances your internal organs and harmonizes the relationship between them, enriching health, quality of life and longevity. As we heal ourselves, we heal the land. Gaia, or the consciousness of the earth, responds to our relationship with her. Learning to understand how the living elements are all around us and embodied within us is transformational and healing for ourselves as well as the earth and the many beings that have a home here.

What is Qigong?
Qigong is an ancient inner cultivation method that integrates breath work and slow intrinsic movement, enhancing longevity, psycho-emotional stability & health throughout the organs, channels & neuro-biological systems.

This event is rain or shine, please bring appropriate gear and wear something you don’t mind getting dirty or wet.

We will be changing locations throughout the event to enhance our elemental experience and understanding. Be prepared to move your things (pack light or bring a backpack/bag), and to do some light hiking.

Gear: water bottle, journal for notes, yoga mat or blanket, backpack or bag to easily move your things.

Please arrive early to find a parking spot - there are two parking lots and street parking along the local side streets, though you may have to walk a bit.

We will be bringing some garbage bags to do a litter clean up after the event. If anyone would like to stay and volunteer to help, you are welcome to!

Chang E Full moon ritual is traditionally done on the first full moon following the lunar new year. She is an immortal moon goddess in Taoist and Esoteric Buddhist lineage streams, and considered to be the essence of the moon herself. Chang E & her moon bunnies impart the elixir of immortality, infusing perfume that is offered along with candle light, flowers, tea and a moon cake. One may offer dance, martial arts, qigong or other alchemical arts to honor her. We had a lot of fun offering songs and dance on this cold March night in Buffalo.
