Congratulations to the newest graduates of the St. John Vianney Lay Division!

On May 30, 150 graduates celebrated a bilingual commencement Mass.

As Archbishop Golka reminded them, the gifts they have received are not meant for themselves alone, but for their families, parishes and communities. May these graduates continue to know Christ more deeply, love him more fully and confidently share him with a world in need of his hope.

Join us in celebrating these dedicated disciples who are answering the call to be apostles in today’s Church! πŸŽ“

Today, the Church celebrates the Solemnity of the Most Holy Body and Blood of Christ.

In the Eucharist, Jesus gives himself completely to us. The same Lord who walked among his people remains truly present in the Blessed Sacrament, nourishing us with his love and drawing us into deeper communion with him.

Yesterday, Catholics from across northern Colorado joined in a Corpus Christi Procession through downtown Denver, publicly witnessing to the gift of Christ's Real Presence.

β€œO Sacrament Most Holy, O Sacrament Divine, all praise and all thanksgiving be every moment Thine.”

The same God who loves you radically is truly present in a tiny host! What a miracle!

Today, faithful from across the archdiocese took to the streets of downtown Denver to proclaim that truth.

Thank you to everyone who joined us in prayer, witness and worship during this beautiful Eucharistic procession.

Jesus, we trust in you. Β‘Viva Cristo Rey!

Thank you to all who joined us for Archbishop Emeritus Samuel J. Aquila’s jubilee celebration!

From the beautiful Mass of Thanksgiving to the fellowship, food, and joyful conversations that followed, it was a blessing to gather as one Archdiocesan family to celebrate 50 years of faithful priestly ministry.

We are grateful to everyone who attended, volunteered, served, and helped make this day so memorable. Most of all, we give thanks to God for the countless ways he has worked through Archbishop Aquila’s ministry over the past five decades.

Congratulations on this incredible milestone, Archbishop Aquila, and thank you for your faithful service to Christ and his Church. Ad multos annos!

Join us in celebrating our June Disciple of the Month, Terry King! πŸ’’βœ¨

From launching a single parent ministry to building Society of St. Vincent de Paul conferences from the ground up, Terry has spent years putting her faith into action by serving those most in need.

β€œOur motto is to see the face of Christ in the people you serve, and be the face of Christ to them,” Terry shared, reflecting the heart of her ministry and the mission that continues to guide her every day.

Through home visits, community building, daily prayer, and a steadfast dedication to human dignity, Terry reminds us that living the Gospel often begins with simply showing up for others.

Today is a big day! πŸŽ‰

On June 3, 1994, Archbishop Golka was ordained a priest for the Diocese of Grand Island, Nebraska. Today, we celebrate the anniversary of his priestly ordination and give thanks for his faithful ministry.

We're also celebrating the 40th anniversary of Cardinal Stafford's appointment as Archbishop of Denver! His leadership and dedication helped shape our local Church and continue to bear fruit today.

Pictured here, Cardinal Stafford offered his blessing to Archbishop Golka on the day his appointment to Denver was announced β€” a fitting image as we celebrate these two anniversaries together! πŸŽ‰

Pope Leo XIV's prayer intention for June invites us to reflect on the values of sports.

Let us pray that sports be an instrument of peace, encounter, and dialogue among cultures and nations, and that they promote respect, solidarity, and personal growth.

πŸ™ Lord, through the gift of sports, help us grow in respect for one another, work together in solidarity, and become instruments of your peace.
