Denver Community Church LGBTQ Ministries Welcome to the LGBTQ+ ministries page for Denver Community Church

We love creating opportunities for our community to intentionally journey together and build relationships that encourage and challenge us in our faith. As a Denver Community Church Community Group, we foster meaningful connection with others in a variety of settings and neighborhoods by creating a welcoming, safe, and inclusive environment. Community Groups seek to grow closer to God, share life

and friendship with each other, and care practically for their neighbors and their communities. Our hope for all participating in our groups is that we would root ourselves in the love of God, so that we can become who we were created to be.

This summer, we’re creating more space to simply do life together — beyond Sunday mornings. From charcuterie nights and board games to karaoke, BBQs and movie nights, Summer Social kick things off the week of June 7, with our first gathering on Wednesday, June 10.

Update: Due to technical issues with the QCF website, this event has been cancelled. 😞

We’re gathering Saturday at 10 a.m. at DCC for a morning rooted in faith, reflection, and honest conversation. Together, we’ll watch and discuss two sessions from the Q Christian Fellowship Conference we attended earlier this year — creating space to listen for God’s voice and engage more deeply with what it means to live out our faith.

The Q Christian Fellowship Conference theme this year is "Anchored" and our own Dr. Sammy Ramsey will be speaking.
We’ll be attending Q Christian Fellowship virtually together at Denver Community Church. Please mark your calendars for Saturday, Jan. 24, 2026!

o Cost: $25, which includes lunch. Or $0 if you bring your own lunch.

Zoo Lights!

We’re heading to Zoo Lights on Saturday, Dec. 27 at 6:45 p.m. — come for the animals, stay for Luis’ behind-the-scenes tour and the chance to finally learn which animal has the best work–life balance.

The final ticket price will depend on how many people RSVP.
The most we’ll pay is $27 for adults and $20.70 for children.
Please RSVP in Church Center by Dec. 12 so we can get a head count.
We’ll follow up with payment details for everyone who RSVPs.
