This week, our seminarians are officially back on campus at St. John Vianney Theological Seminary, kicking off a new year of study and formation!

We asked a few of them the important first-day-of-school questions, and somehow they all had the same favorite color... huh.

School’s out for summer! ☀️

Last week marked the end of classes for the academic year for our seminarians, and the joy is hard to miss!

Please pray for all of our seminarians as they conclude another academic year of formation. As they begin summer assignments or retreats in the weeks ahead, may the Lord continue to strengthen them in their vocation and draw them ever closer to the heart of the Good Shepherd.

There are 148 parish locations in the Archdiocese of Denver and only 148 priests to serve them.

The need for priests is real. But there's hope: more than 900 names were submitted through the recent Called By Name initiative, and over 20 men are entering formation this year.

Even still, there's more to be done. Through our prayer and witness, all of us have a part to play in cultivating a culture of vocations.

Did you know that today is also the Day of Prayer for the Sanctification of Priests? 🙏🙏 Let's lift up our shepherds in prayer, that our Lord would enkindle in their hearts an even deeper love for their bride, the Church!

As St. John Vianney said: "The priesthood is the love of the heart of Jesus.” 🔥

Wishing everyone a blessed Corpus Christi! 🙏 May our Eucharistic Lord transform our hearts!

Do you believe the Eucharist can change your life?

We might know in our minds that Jesus is really present — that he hasn't left us since Holy Thursday.

But do we know him in our hearts?

Jesus wants to help you love like he does. It starts by receiving the gift of Love himself.

As we receive our Lord in the Eucharist today, or prepare for the next time, may we pray:
Jesus, increase my love.
Jesus, preserve my love.
Jesus, renew my love.

Just as he multiplied the loaves and fish in today's Gospel, he can multiply what little we offer with humble hearts.

Will you approach our Lord with confidence today?
