Resurrection in the City

Our next door neighbors have been through more than I could ever imagine in their process of leaving their home country of Venezuela and resettling here in Denver over the past two years. It’s been a huge blessing getting to know them as next door neighbors, laughing through language barriers, sharing meals, watching our kids play together, and navigating the hoops of work visas and immigration together. This is truly a beautiful, loving, and hardworking family. We remain committed to showing them that they are loved and welcomed here, but recent developments require some assistance beyond what we and our church are equipped to provide.
I’d be humbled and grateful if you’d consider pitching in to get us over this hump.

Mark your calendars! This Sunday, July 31st, the Clayton neighborhood has a block party at Nairobi Park from 4:00-8:00 with music, free food, etc. Come mingle with people from the primary community RITC is committed to serving!

Today is the 11 year anniversary of my ordination. What better way to celebrate than to be engaged with God’s Word along with the local expression of the Body of Christ I call my own: the disciples of Resurrection in the City ❤️
