We started the Encountering Jesus series today!!

“Jesus is aware of my condition, but He sees me.

Others may see my diagnosis.
Others may see my struggle.
Others may see my limitations.

Jesus sees me.

He knows my condition, but He does not confuse it with my identity. He looks beyond the sickness, beyond the failure, beyond the labels, and sees a person created in the image of God, worthy of love, dignity, and purpose.

When Jesus met the blind beggar, He heard faith. He saw him!”

🎓 Your student’s HBCU experience could begin here!

RISE 5280 is excited to announce our Fall 2026 HBCU Tour, happening November 27 through December 4, 2026!

High school students from across the country will have the opportunity to visit eight incredible HBCUs:

📍 Dillard University
📍 Xavier University of Louisiana
📍 Grambling State University
📍 Selma University
📍 Fort Valley State University
📍 Clark Atlanta University
📍 Spelman College
📍 Morehouse College

The experience will also include:

🥁 The Bayou Classic
🎺 Battle of the Bands
📚 A powerful visit to the Whitney Plantation

No minimum GPA is required. Students must currently be enrolled in high school, with no exceptions. Students from any state are welcome to attend!

A property tax exemption is available for senior Colorado residents or surviving spouses, provided you meet the requirements. Exemptions are only considered for the year in which you apply, not for previous years. The deadline to apply is July 15, 2026.
