REQUISITOS PARA BAUTISMO:
1. Acta de nacimiento del niño
2. Inscribirlo por los más tarde 20 días antes del bautizo
3. Tomar una clase Pre-bautismal para papás y padrinos. Aquí les decimos cuando les tocaría
4. Aquí les damos una forma a los padrinos para que vayan a la Iglesia donde asisten normalmente a Misa todos los Domingos y le pidan al sacerdote que les firme y se les selle.
5. NOTA PARA ESCOGER SUS PADRINOS: Los padrinos tienen que estar o bien casados por la Iglesia Católica (no solo por el Civil) para que puedan presentar su certificado de matrimonio por la Iglesia Católica, o tienen que estar bien solteros ( es decir sin pareja) y que hayan recibido su sacramento de Confirmación. Ojo, personas que viven en amasiato (es decir, que tengan una relación de pareja donde estén viviendo en union libre) NO PUEDEN SER PADRINOS.
6. Si la gente puede, solicitamos una donación de $50.00
Baptisms in English are on Sundays at 10:30 a.m. REQUIREMENTS FOR BAPTISM
1. The birth certificate of the child
2. The latest day to register is 15 days before the baptism
3. Parents and godparents must take a pre-baptismal class. Here you will be told when your pre-baptismal class will take place.
4. Additionally, you will be given a form during the pre-baptismal class that the godparents must fill and take to the Church where they normally attend Sunday masses and ask the priest to sign and seal the form.
5. HERE IS NOTE TO CHOOSE YOUR GODPARENTS: The godparents must either be married in the Catholic Church (not just in the Civil Law) so that they can present their marriage certificate through the Catholic Church, or they must be single (that is, without a partner) that has received the sacrament of Confirmation. Be careful, people who live in cohabitation (that is, who have a relationship where they are living in free union) CANNOT BE GODFATHER.
6. If one can, we ask a donation of $50.00
