A beautiful beginning to a new year of faith.

This week, we gathered for our Vía and OCIA kickoff dinner as we begin another year of growing closer to Christ together.

Vía, meaning “way” in Latin, is our faith formation program for children in grades 4–6 who have received their First Holy Communion and Confirmation. Vía welcomes children from Good Shepherd School, other schools, and homeschool families.

OCIA is the journey for those seeking to become Catholic or complete their initiation into the Catholic Church.

A special thank you to our Faith Formation Director- Stephen Sweeney, volunteers, families, and everyone who said yes to this journey.

To close our first week of school, Fr. Chris brought Jesus in the Monstrance through our school, blessing each classroom and office with His presence.

Young Adults come swing by for a GOOD SHEPHERD BBQ! 🌭

Join us on Sunday, August 9, after the 5:00 p.m. Mass in the Parish Family Center for an evening of good food, great conversation, and summer fun.

Grab a burger or a brat, hang out with friends, and enjoy some time together as a community. We’d love to see you there! Bring a friend!!

BOOKMARK WEEKENDS
During the first two weekends in July
(July 4/5 and July 11/12), please stop in the Narthex and take a bookmark with a student’s name and list of supplies to purchase.

BACKPACK DROP OFF: JULY 18TH & JULY 19th

Our hearts are so full! During our Corpus Christi 40-Hour Devotion, every single hour was covered in prayer.

We are deeply grateful to everyone who spent time with Jesus, stepped in to cover an hour, or simply stopped by to visit Him. Thank you for your faith, generosity, and love for the Eucharist. What a beautiful witness to our parish family.

We love Jesus.

After a week of growing in faith, it was time to celebrate the joy of community.

We wrapped up Totus Tuus with one of our favorite traditions—Human Sundaes! Fr. Chris and two of our amazing missionaries were covered in ice cream toppings, sprinkles, and plenty of laughter. And, of course, no Totus Tuus finale would be complete without an epic water fight!

Thank you to everyone who helped make this week so memorable. Faith is a gift, and sharing it with joy is one of the best ways to live it.
