Pastor Dusty is on her mini-sabbatical and is attending a church revitalization workshop in the Nashville area. Her group took a trip to Montgomery Bell State Park in Dickson, TN., where the cohort visited the Birthplace of the Cumberland Presbyterian Church. The CP Church was "accidentally" created when three ministers prayed through the night in 1810, and opted to restart their presbytery against the wishes of the larger Presbyterian Church, which had shut it down due to several differing theological issues.
