PENNY WARS UPDATE

The competition is heating up and things are getting intense!

Live Oak Kids are absolutely dominating the board with a massive 18,189 points. They came to win and it shows. Students are holding strong with 8,292 points, still very much in the fight. And… Adults… well… 218 points. There’s still time, but you might want to check the couch cushions.

Every penny counts, every dollar makes a difference, and yes… sabotage is encouraged. Keep bringing those coins and let’s see who takes the lead next.

Parents & Leaders:
This is a safe, intentional environment where students will hear truth, build relationships, and be encouraged to live out their faith. If you want your student surrounded by strong biblical teaching and godly influence, this is a night you don’t want them to miss.

This Wednesday night, we will have a special lesson at the request of a student, on the definition of Biblical Wisdom. We will eat Cheesy chicken pasta and rolls for dinner.

We are asking students to bring their favorite Christmas cookies. We will set up tables and have a sugar overload.

Make sure your 7th - 12th grade students attend as we study, pray, and fellowship together.

This Wednesday night, our student ministry (7-12 grade) will answer a vital question. In the Old Testament, who is the Angel of the Lord? Bring your Bibles and notebooks as we dive deep into the Scripture.

Registration for our 2026 Graduate Recognition is now available.
We will have:
- A special dinner for all graduates on Sunday, March 8th, at 6:00pm
- Recognition at church on April 26th at 9:30 and 11.

Next Wednesday night, November 12th, our student ministry is hosting a gumbo night. This event is for students in the student ministry, their parents, and siblings.
We will start serving at 5:15
We will have live worship at 6:30
There will be a message at 6:45
We encourage all 7-12 grade students to attend with at least one parent.
