Due to the continued snow and ice covered condition of the parking area, we have canceled services again at the chapel. However, we will gather at 11:00 at the C21 office in Independence.

We HOPE you will come share in the joy of preparing for the season of Advent and Christmas. A special service of scripture and song starts at 11:00 AM on Sunday, November 30 that will explore the significance of the decorations used in the church and our homes!

Message from Bishop David Graves: We extend our prayers to all those who were affected by the tornadoes that came through much of the conference overnight Friday and early Saturday morning. The grief of lives lost, and property lost is overwhelming. Prayers for first responders and all of those seeking to help those in need. Soon, our Disaster Response Team will be sharing how all of us can help in this most recent situation, in addition to our ongoing disaster ministry efforts going on over the entire state. Thankful for the Connection of the United Methodist Church.
