🔥 HARD TRUTH: A Christian with iron bowels doesn't exist. When God gives you a new heart, it's flesh and not stone. It can be penetrated and moved by people's needs. If poverty around you doesn't stir your heart, it's time for a serious spiritual check-up.

CONVICTED! 💯 Peter and John were threatened by the Supreme Court of their day, and instead of praying for the opposition to be quiet, they prayed for themselves to be LOUD! We love our comfort more than His name. We love our reputation more than His reputation. Time to check our hearts!

⚡ When persecution came, God didn't eliminate the problem. He empowered His people! The place shook, they were filled with the Spirit, and boldly spoke God's Word. Sometimes the miracle isn't removing the mountain, but giving you the strength to move it.

The secret to Peter and John's boldness? They had been with Jesus. Not formal education, not natural courage. Just time spent with Christ through His Word and prayer. Jerusalem's ruling council, the Sanhedrin, has just threatened Peter and John. They've ordered them to stop speaking about Jesus.
