1991 | GIRLS SOFTBALL TAKES THE FIELD

Another milestone in the TCA story!

The 1991 season marked a major moment for Trinity Christian Academy as TCA officially launched its inaugural Girls Softball program.

Building on the athletic foundation established in the late 1980s, the addition of fastpitch softball opened a new opportunity for TCA’s female student-athletes to compete, grow, and represent the Eagles on the field.

Alongside girls’ volleyball and cheer, softball became another important part of the growing TCA athletic tradition.

From classrooms to courts, fields, and beyond, our Eagles continued to SOAR.

1991 — A new sport. A new tradition. Another chapter in the TCA legacy.

BIBLE VERSE OF THE WEEK

“And the seeds that fell on the good soil represent honest, good-hearted people who hear God’s word, cling to it, and patiently produce a huge harvest.”
— Luke 8:15

Good soil doesn’t produce a harvest overnight. It takes hearing, holding on, growing, and patiently trusting God.

This week, let’s encourage our students to keep their hearts open to God’s Word—not just to hear it, but to cling to it and let it shape the way they live.

Parents, take a moment this week to read this verse together, talk about what it means to have a heart that is “good soil,” and pray for God to help your family grow in faith.

1987 | THE FIRST EAGLES TO SOAR

Spring 1987. A historic moment in TCA history.

Trinity Christian Academy celebrated its inaugural commencement ceremony, honoring a graduating senior class of just EIGHT students.

They were the first.

The first seniors.
The first graduates.
The first to leave their mark on the legacy of TCA.

This small, tight-knit group helped establish the traditions, standards, and school spirit that would shape generations of Eagles to come.

But 1986–87 wasn’t only about the first graduating class…

It also marked the official birth of TCA Eagles Athletics.

From the first graduates to the first athletes, 1987 was the year the TCA legacy truly began to take flight.

This week, we’re reminded to keep asking, keep seeking, and keep knocking. God invites us to approach Him with faith, persistence, and trust.

Parents, we encourage you to join us at home! Take a few minutes to read this verse with your children, talk about what it means to seek God, and pray together.

What an amazing start to our annual Legacy Fundraiser! Our middle & high school students and teachers rallied and brought in $1750 in under an hour!!!! Introducing the TCA Innovation Lab STEAM Club!

We’re excited to offer elementary students an opportunity to explore, create, experiment, and discover through fun, hands-on STEAM experiences!

Students will dive into Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math through experiments, design challenges, creative projects, problem-solving activities, and more!

Most importantly, we’ll connect innovation with faith, encouraging students to recognize their creativity, curiosity, and abilities as gifts from God.

The TCA Innovation Lab STEAM Club is a place where young minds can imagine big, work together, and discover what they’re capable of!
