Prayers of comfort and peace for the family and friends of Elvera Friederich. Elvera, a member of First American Lutheran in Tripp, entered into her eternal rest at the Menno-Olivet Care Center in Menno, SD, on Friday, February 27th, at the age of 90. Her funeral service will be held at First American Lutheran in Tripp on Wednesday, March 4th. Visitation will be from 1pm – 2pm with the funeral service beginning at 2pm. We entrust Elvera to God’s grace and glory. May God grant comfort to all who mourn her death.

Prayers of comfort and peace for the family and friends of Scott Schelske, member of First American Lutheran. Scott entered into his eternal rest at Avera-St. Benedict in Parkston on Friday, December 5th, at the age of 74. Visitation will be from 5pm-7pm at First American Lutheran in Tripp on Wednesday, December 10th, with a prayer service following at 7pm. There will be a funeral service at First American on Thursday, December 11th, at 10:30am.

Reminder: there will not be services at Hope in Delmont today. There will be a community worship service at 9:30 am at the Twin River Old Iron festival in Delmont. We will also have our regular worship service at 10:45 at First American Lutheran in Tripp.
