We had a great Sunday of worship, including an opportunity to pray for Judah Wright before he takes off for a month long mission trip to Thailand.

This week, don't forget, there's breakfast (no cost!) for women and girls on Saturday at 10am! Everyone is invited (no need to be a part of the church!) to come enjoy some food and fellowship!

RCC friends and family...worship is 10am tomorrow morning, as always. But, since this is a 5th Sunday, you can come as early as 9:15am to enjoy some extra fellowship and special treats.

And...after church we are planning to leave the church at 11:45am to go to the Big Sioux Rec Area near Brandon for hiking + disc golf. Bring a sack lunch and come join us! Rides available if needed.

And...tomorrow night young adults (17-25ish) are invited to the Wright's house (503 E 6th, Dell Rapids) at 5:30pm for Indian Tacos, board games and to send off Judah Wright for a month long mission trip to Thailand.

Tomorrow (Wed, May 27) at 6:30pm there's adult life group (at Donna Bunker's), youth group (at the church), kid's group (at Jordan and Jessica Hudiburgh's/Brown Park). We would love for LOTS of folks to join us! You can drop the kids/youth off before 6:30pm, so that you can get to life group on time!

Youth Group is THIS Wednesday at 6:30pm at River Community Church! We will enjoy a fire, worship together, dig into 1-2 Samuel, play some Ultimate Frisbee, hang out and have an all-round great time!

If you have a youth who wants a place to connect and grow, we would LOVE to have them consider our Summer Youth Group!

It is for grades 7-12 (include those finishing up 6th grade and those who just graduated). Invite friends!

One of the big joys of church life in recent years has been seeing many young adults pursuing Jesus, staying faithful to His church and doing great things like pursuing God's calling on their lives, serving the church/kingdom, working, getting an education, marriage, family, etc! We were able to celebrate this grads and more on Sunday. We are proud of you grads!

Tomorrow night (Wed, May 13, 6:30-8:00pm or so), youth and young adults are invited to Dennis and Barb Horton's acreage (47653 248th St) for s'mores, hotdogs, driving tractors, hanging out and worship. Anyone who needs a ride can meet at River Community Church at 6:10pm.

At the same time adults are invited to Donna Bunkers' house (
24379 475th Ave, Dell Rapids) for a life group.

And kids are invited to Jordan and Jessica Hudiburgh's house (1216 Thresher Dr, Dell Rapids). The group will probably walk to Brown Park.

After this Wednesday, every week youth group will normally be at River Community Church and the adult life group and the kids group will be every other week.

No need to be a part of River Community Church to join a group! We would love to have you!

We consider grades 7-12 to be youth, including those who will be 7th grade in the fall. Young adults are ages 17-25+.
