We believe in the trinity, that there is one God who is infinitely perfect, existing eternally in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. He was conceived of the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary. He died upon the cross, the Just for the unjust, as a sacrifice for our sins

, and all who believe in Him are justified on the grounds of His shed blood. He will come again to establish His kingdom of righteousness and peace. The Holy Spirit is a divine person, sent to indwell, guide, teach, empower, the believer and convince the world of sin, of righteousness and judgement. The Old and New Testaments, inerrant as originally given, were verbally inspired by God and are a complete revelation of His will for the salvation of men. They constitute the divine and only rule Christain faith and practice. Man was originally created in the image and likeness of God; he fell through disobedience, incurring thereby both physical and spiritual death. All men are born with sinful nature, are separated from the life of God, and can be saved only through the atoning work of the Lord Jesus Christ. The portion of the impenitent and unbelieving is existence forever in conscious torment; and that of the believer, in everlasting joy and bliss. Salvation has been provided through Jesus Christ for all men; and those who repent and believe in Him are born again of the Holy Spirit, receive the gift of eternal life, and become the children of God. It is the will of God that each believer should be filled with the Holy Spirit and be sanctified wholly, being separated from sin and the world and fully dedicated to the will of God, thereby receiving power for holy living and effective service. Provision is made in the redemptive work of the Lord Jesus Christ for the healing of the mortal body. Prayer for the sick and anointing with oil are taught in the scriptures and are privileges for the church in this present age. The church consists of all those who believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, are redeemed through His blood, and are born again of the Holy Spirit. Christ is the head of the body, the church, which has been commissioned by Him to go into all the world as a witness, preaching the gospel to all nations.

Greetings from the Calvary Community Chapel. Great to have some warm weather. Soon we will see spring in full bloom flowers and birds raising their young. We will soon be celebrating Easter. As we celebrate Easter we want to remember Christ's death on the cross where he gave his life for you and me, But praise the Lord after 3 days he came forth out of the tomb. He now sits at the right hand of the Father interceding for us. If we want to spend eternity in Heaven we need to repent and receive Him as our savior.
(John 14:6) We would invite you to join us for our Easter services 6:00 pm Good Friday. 7:00 am for our outdoor Easter sunrise service. This will be followed by breakfast with our morning service at 8:30am. If you have any questions call the church at 716-498-0802. Hope to see you there.

We would like to thank everyone who signs on to our site. Trust you are staying warm in these frigid temperatures. We would like to invite you to join us for our Sunday services. Come in where it is not only warm but the fellowship is also very warm. We start our day at 8:30 with Sunday School with worship to follow at 9:30. This week we have our monthly movie right after morning service. It will be the second in the series of a Thief in the Night. (Distant Thunder) as we start the movie a brunch is provided (no cost). We hope you will join us. Later in the day we go to the Pines in Machias for our monthly service with the residents there. It is a great opportunity to help brighten their day just a little. Calvary Community Chapel would like to wish you a very blessed Thanksgiving. We trust you will thank God every day not just one day a year. Think of his sacrifice for you. He came to this earth as a baby because of his love. He lived a perfect life and gave his life on the cross so purchase our lives that through His sacrifice we might have eternal life. Our response is simple. We need to realize we have sin in our lives, ask Him to forgive that sin and come into our heart as our savior. Read Rev. 3:20. God never goes back on His promises. A lot of people say they wish they could turn back time to when things were simpler. This week end we can get 1 hour back in time. Be sure to change your clocks so you will not miss your church services. God's timing is always perfect for His word tells us that today is the day of salvation. If you have never trusted Christ for salvation don't put it off. Tomorrow is not promised. Simply acknowledge you are a sinner ask Him to forgive you and He will. John 14:6 Jesus says I am the way, the truth and the life no man cometh unto the Father but by me. Heaven is a prepared place for a prepared people.

We are going through bad times with everything that is happening in the world today. I would refer you to II Timothy 3: 1-5 to see what the Bible says will be happening. All we have to do is look around us daily and see it unfolding. God is still in control and one day will say enough is enough and will appear to take control. We need to be sure we have made the decision to trust Christ as our personal Savior. Simply acknowledge who he is (God's only Son) ask him to forgive your sin. He will do just that and write your name in the Lambs Book of Life. We will one day be able to spend eternity with him in heaven. Contrary to many beliefs not everyone one gets to heaven only those washed in the blood of the Lamb. Do not put the decision off He could come at any hour.

Summer is coming to a close. Soon we will see the beauty of the fall with the leaves leaving us amazed. If you do not have a church home we would invite you to join each week. Our Sunday School starts at 8:30 and Worship is 9:30. We have junior church for the younger folks. We invite you to come and visit. You might find you like it. We are non-denominational and teach God's Word knowing it has the answers to todays problems.

Welcome to 2025. It is an opportunity to accomplish some of the things we may not have completed in 2024. I am sure God has plans for you, but in order to find out what they are you need to pray and read His word. We would invite you to join us for services where we study His word. You will find a warm fellowship. Our services start with Sunday School at 8:30 am (all ages) and our morning worship is at 9:30 am. (also Jr. church) for the younger ones.
