Sunday Worship Reminder This Week:

We will be worshipping in the pavilion at 10:30am followed by a potluck lunch! Shredded chicken will be provided (a gluten free shredded chicken will be in a separate crockpot) as will water and the buns. Bring a side or/and dessert to share!

NOTE: This is for anyone and would be a wonderful way to come and be our guest this Sunday! We would love to have you.

Today we celebrate Pentecost! Join us today as we celebrate and begin our series on the life of Abraham. It is a beautiful day for a new beginning!

"When the day of Pentecost had come, they were all together in one place. And suddenly from heaven there came a sound like the rush of a violent wind, and it filled the entire house where they were sitting." (Acts 2:1-2, NRSV)

Today churches remember and celebrate Pentecost, commemorating the day the promise was fulfilled in sending the Advocate or Helper. It reminds us that, with the Holy Spirit, amazing occurrences take place. Imagine being there, feeling the Spirit, being given the power to speak another language and communicate with others from all over. This showing of God's power is an example of the power that can fill us to do great things in His name.

🙏 Heavenly Father, thank You for the gift of the Holy Spirit. Fill us so that we may faithfully serve You and boldly share the hope of Jesus Christ. Amen.

New Beginnings Family,

Marcia Augspurger entered eternity on Monday morning. As a longtime member of this congregation and community, we grieve for the loss but also celebrate all Marcia has gifted us, especially through her faithfulness and love of her Savior, Jesus Christ.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, May 23, 2026 from 12:00 - 1:00 pm at the Snyder Funeral Center, 101 Valleyside Drive at W. William Street, Delaware, where services celebrating Marcia’s life will follow at 1:00 pm.
