As Compass continues to grow, we’re reminded that it’s only by God’s grace that we’re able to reach this many students with the love and truth of Jesus.

We’re deeply grateful for the chance to be present in these schools, to build relationships, and to bring the hope of the gospel to life in young hearts. Thank you for praying, giving, and believing with us!

Smiles, spaghetti, and Scripture. 🍝📖

This is what Released Time looks like in action — students learning about Jesus in the middle of their school day, surrounded by love, truth, and sometimes… a little pizza too.

Every meal shared, every Bible opened, every laugh — it’s all part of what makes our School Ministries Ohio programs so special.

Because sometimes the best ministry moments happen around the table. 💛

At the High School Compass today, we focused on John 1:29, where John the Baptist declares, “Behold, the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world!” From the very beginning, God had a plan to send Jesus as the perfect sacrifice for our sins.

In Genesis, when Abraham was about to sacrifice Isaac, God provided a ram as a substitute. This moment pointed ahead to what Jesus would do for us—take our place. Just as Isaac carried the wood for his sacrifice, Jesus carried His cross. Through this, God showed that He would accept a substitute for sin.

The Bible teaches that “the wages of sin is death,” but Jesus paid that price for us. On the cross, He declared, “It is finished,” meaning the debt of our sin was completely paid. God knew from eternity that we would need a Savior, and He lovingly provided one through Jesus.

Because Jesus paid the full price for our sin, we can live in freedom. This week, let’s thank Him for being our substitute and look for ways to reflect His love and forgiveness to others.

We are at a critical moment. The doors are wide open — students are ready to hear the Gospel — but we can’t do it alone. With programs growing by 83.3%, we need partners to step in now so we don’t have to say “no” to opportunities God is placing before us.
