Introducing the Pumpkin Gingersnap Croffle — and it is everything fall is supposed to taste like.

Our signature crisp, golden croffle topped with pumpkin cream, crushed gingersnaps, orange zest, and a pumpkin pie drizzle.

Warm. Spiced. A little nostalgic and completely indulgent. It's also available in minis (shown) or full size (see the video from the other day).

Here's how it works:

🗺️ pick up a FREE handmade passport at any of the 13 participating businesses
🏡 visit participating businesses between October 15 and November 15
✅ collect a stamp at every stop — no purchase necessary
🎁 complete your passport and bring it to Seven Oaks Farm to enter a raffle for a basket full of treasures from all 13 businesses
📸 snap a photo at any stop, share it with , and tag the business for a BONUS raffle entry

We're intentional about where our ingredients come from. 💛

Every choice we make — from the coffee in your latte to the ice cream in a float — is made on purpose.

☕ Our coffee comes from Palate Coffee in Sanford, FL. A family-owned shop established in 2015, partnered with Love Missions, a nonprofit dedicated to ending human trafficking. Every shot pulled at Corner Gate supports that mission.

🍦 Our ice cream? From Whit's Custard, right here in DeLand. Because when we can keep it local, we do.

Beyond that — we source from US companies whenever possible, and import directly from Italy only when quality demands the best.

When you drink at Corner Gate, you're supporting a whole chain of people who care about what they do. 💛

That's community over convenience. Always.
